Alexandra Sonnemans works as an independent architect, eco-social designer, researcher, teacher and curator. Her approach is engaged, proactive, interdisciplinary and experimental. Her work departs from fascinations, topicalities, and site-specific sitatuations.

Recently she designed and realised the Time Tower, a combined viewing tower and exhibition space in the garden of Sonneveld House (Museumpark), for the Rotterdam Architecture Month.
